General

Jacson.com sells products online to private individuals and companies with social security or organization numbers. To make an order at our site, you must be 18 years of age and have a valid ID document for parcel shipments. If you are under 18 years of age, you need to have consent to your purchase from your guardian. For card purchases where the customer is underage, the authorized person is responsible for the card.


Order

Ordering is done on our website www.jacson.com. If you have questions about how to order, you are welcome to call our customer service on 042-44 22 210 or email hello@jacson.com.

Completed order means that you accept our terms and conditions of purchase and consent to the registration of name and social security number or organization number in our customer register. A purchase agreement is only made when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you specified. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery cannot be made for any reason, and if you have placed multiple orders we reserve the right to combine your orders and deliver them in one package. We also reserve the right to final sale of items. In the case of out-of-stock items, the items will be canceled from your order and you will not be charged for them. You as a customer can reorder these yourself when they are available again in our webshop.


Prices

All prices are stated in euros including VAT for customers located in the EU & UK but do not include a delivery charge. The price does not include import taxes, custom duties, or import VAT that may occur. Import taxes/custom duties will be charged by your carrier at delivery and Jacson does not compensate these charges.

We reserve the right to make price adjustments and changes in stocks. Jackson cannot be held responsible for circumstances where we have no control. In the event of any inaccuracies, Jacson reserves the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right for price adjustments, final sales, inventory differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We also reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.


Product images


The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance of the item is reproduced. We reserve the right for any errors in the product information and reserve the right to change product information (and prices) without prior notice.

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products on our product images, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.

The measurements of items provided on www.jacson.com are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, it is not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you will receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.


Privacy policy

Jacson.com is encrypted with Verisign 256-bit SSL protection, which is visible in the URL field, which protects you as a consumer from unsafe handling of personal data.

In conjunction with your registration and/or order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to complete and provide the service you can expect from us. According to EU:s Data Protection Directive, you have the right to receive the information that we have registered on you. If you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. Feel free to contact our customer service and we will help you.

The information you provide about yourself is used by Jacson.com and our partners for payment and delivery. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties. Jacson.com uses information from the customer register to send emails about news and our products. You will receive our newsletter when you go through the express checkout, you can also subscribe to our newsletter when you register as a customer. You can cancel your subscription at any time, either via the link in the newsletter or by contacting our customer service.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect personal data.

Freight & delivery

If the item you ordered is in stock, we usually ship it within 1-2 working days. The shipping company’s (UPS) delivery time, 1-4 days is then added and depends on where you live. On red days and holidays, the delivery time may be delayed due to high pressure with shipping companies. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The mode of delivery we offer is Home delivery with a charge of 12 €. The cost for delivery is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If the package is not collected upon delivery, we will charge you 30€ for upcoming costs. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and must make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Jacson cannot guarantee any delay caused by public holidays, promotions or handling time of our carriers. This means that the total delivery time before the product reaches you can in exceptional cases be longer.


Payment methods

At checkout at jacson.com you can choose between various methods. All payment methods are provided by Klarna.

Klarna has the right to carry out a credit check where required to be able to grant credit time. As a customer, you commit to pay within the specified time for the selected payment method. Payment after the due date may result in late fees and interest.

Withdrawal of order & Returns

When you, as a customer, shop at jacson.com, you always have a 100-day right of withdrawal. The cancellation period starts from the day you received the item. One condition is that the product with its original packaging is unused, undamaged and unbroken. If the item is not in its original condition when it is returned to us, we may make a price deduction that corresponds to the decrease in value of the item. Unbroken sealing also applies to certain products, such as hygiene items. The sealing can consist of a tape or a sealed plastic bag that must not be opened in order for the right of return to be used.

To make a return, use the enclosed return label. It is important that the return label is affixed to an outer transport packaging and not to the products original packaging. Attach the fully completed return form that you received with your order. An administrative fee of 15€ is added to all returns, the fee is deducted from the refund amount. It can take a maximum of 60 days before your return is processed and refunded, but usually it is much faster.

To return your order - book a pickup at www.ups.com or leave the package at any UPS Access Point.

If you want to change any of your products in your order to another product - you place a new order for the desired item and receive a refund for the item you return.


Refund

If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you move the due date forward yourself by contacting Klarna. When we have received and checked the returned item - we will register a refund with Klarna as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days.


Compliant

If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please contact our customer support.

Describe the issue with the product in as much detail as possible and attach a picture of the product and the damage. If we cannot solve the problem, you can complain about the product to get a new one or a refund. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.


Unclaimed packages

If the package is not collected upon delivery, we will charge you 30€ for upcoming costs.


Disclaimer

We reserve the right to change prices as a result of large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors beyond our control.
